Smile cart is a retrofit air-conditioning system that can be installed on existing golf carts. More and more golf courses are adopting it as a solution for extreme summer heat and prevent heat-related illness.
Smile cart can be easily installed on your existing carts, upgrading them to air-conditioned carts quickly and cost-effectively.
With an extendable duct and high-performance battery, cool air is delivered directly to the player’s face and neck during the round, helping golfers stay safer and more comfortable on the move.

Smile cart’s cooling system can be set to your preferred temperature from 17°C to 30°C, with five airflow levels. It delivers powerful cooling performance with a rated capacity of 2.1 kW and power consumption of 850 W. Using a scroll compressor and R134a refrigerant, this golf cart air-conditioning system creates a comfortable ride even in midsummer.

Malfunctions or failures of the A/C unit itself will be repaired free of charge.
The warranty does not cover malfunctions or failures caused by external factors or inadequate maintenance,
or those not found to be directly attributable to the installation work. Such repairs are available for a fee.

Features
Simply unfasten the buckle and slip the cover over the seat. Wiring installation takes approximately 30 minutes per cart.
Choose from three temperature settings: high 60°C, medium 50°C, and low 40°C.To help prevent low-temperature burns, the high and medium modes automatically switch to low after 15 minutes.
Simply open the zipper and plug in the charging cable. The power unit features an automatic shut-off function and provides up to five hours of continuous use.
The water-resistant PVC material provides peace of mind in sudden rain or snow. To help prevent deterioration, we recommend gently wiping it with a soft cloth if it gets wet.
